When working with Xceed Media Group, payment of the Initial Setup Amount is Billed incrementally month to month as deliverables are completed.
When working with Xceed Media Group you may cancel for any reason within 3 Business Days following an order placed and receive a full refund by providing a written notice to support@xceedmediagroup.com. After the 3 Business Days, we handle all returns and refunds on a case by case basis. If you have purchased products or services from Xceed Media Group and feel you are eligible for a refund please contact your account representative and we will assist you in every way we can.
A full refund will be submitted within 72 hours and placed on the form of payment provided at time of purchase.
